Since leaving the "commercial" sector, Eugenia has maintained a strong focus on strategic/venture philanthropy, and innovation in the social entrepreneurship and non-profit sectors in Hong Kong. She has a keen interest in local issues related to ageing-in-place and active ageing.
After a well-established professional services career with a ‘Big Four’ accounting firm and a US risk consultancy firm, she has accumulated extensive project advisory experience in different geographies (South East Asia, China, Europe and the US) and across various sectors (private equity, consumer markets, professional services, facilities management). She has been fortunate to lead significant due diligence and advisory projects in corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, background checks for investigations and pre-listing reviews.
Her combined experience and exposure to both a "commercial" sector and the philanthropy/non-profit community, has allowed her to demonstrate:

  • efficient project management across different cultures, functions and teams of various sizes.
  • influencing and aligning stakeholders’ objectives to the organization’s overall benefit.
  • seamless interaction and communication with C-suite executives and senior management from different sectors

  • sustainable business development, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • coaching and mentoring teams from four to fifteen members.
  • trilingual skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) for smooth interactions and communications with foreign, multinational and local stakeholders.
Past advisory projects targeted Private Equity and Japanese clients, the Property/Facilities Management/Business Services, and Consumer Market/Retail sectors. Additional deal exposure in the Communications, Industrial Markets and Infrastructure sectors.
